The TLV733P-Q1 series LDO linear regulators feature an ultra-small footprint and low quiescent current, delivering 300mA source current with excellent line and load transient performance. These devices offer a typical accuracy of 1%. The TLV733P-Q1 series adopts a modern capacitor-free architecture that ensures stable operation without input or output capacitors. Removing the output capacitor helps reduce solution size and eliminates inrush current during startup. Furthermore, the TLV733P-Q1 series remains stable when ceramic capacitors must be used. When an output capacitor is present, the TLV733P-Q1 series also provides foldback current control during device power-up and enable transitions — a feature particularly important for battery-powered devices. The TLV733P-Q1 series incorporates an active pull-down circuit to rapidly discharge the output load when disabled. The TLV733P-Q1 series is available in a 6-pin DRV (WSON) package.
