Overview
The TLV740P low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator is a low quiescent current LDO with excellent line and load transient performance, designed for power-sensitive applications. It provides a typical accuracy of 1%. It also offers inrush current control during device power-up and enable events, limiting input current to a defined current threshold to prevent excessive current draw from the input supply. Available in standard DQN and DBV packages, it also features an active pull-down circuit for rapid output load discharge.
