TLV75101PDSQR

The TLV751 is a dual-channel, adjustable 500mA low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator. This device comes in a small 10-pin 2mm×2mm WSON package, features a quiescent current of 25μA, and offers fast line and load transient responses. The TLV751 has a low dropout voltage of 130mV, which helps improve the overall power efficiency. The TLV751 has a wide input and output voltage range and excellent output current capability. When used on a small printed circuit board (PCB), it can support various applications, such as sensor power supplies, auxiliary power rails, and modern microcontrollers with lower core voltages. The TLV751 can be used with small ceramic output capacitors, thus reducing the overall solution size. The precision bandgap and error amplifier have high accuracy over the entire temperature range, with a maximum of 1.5%. The device includes integrated thermal shutdown, current limiting, active output discharge, and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) functions. The internal overcurrent protection limit function of the TLV751 can reduce heat dissipation during short-circuit events.
