The TLV777 is a small low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator capable of delivering 1A output current. This LDO is designed to provide a voltage source with high PSRR. The device also offers load and line transient performance to meet a variety of circuit requirements. With an input voltage range of 1.5V to 5.5V and an output voltage range of 0.6V to 3.3V, the TLV777 is suited for a wide range of applications. The TLV777 features an integrated soft-start circuit to prevent excessive inrush current, minimizing input voltage droop during startup. An active pulldown circuit rapidly discharges the output when the LDO is disabled and provides a known startup state. The EN input allows an external logic signal to enable or disable the regulated output. The LDO operates stably with small ceramic capacitors, enabling an overall compact solution size. The operating junction temperature range is −40°C to +125°C. The LDO is available in a standard 2.9mm × 2.8mm SOT-23 (DBV) package.
