Overview
TMI8340SP-MS is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC, suitable for toy motor driving, automatic valve motor driving, electromagnetic door lock driving, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals to control motor forward, reverse, and braking. The IC offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, and low output on-resistance. Additionally, built-in diodes are integrated to dissipate reverse surge current from inductive loads. The TMI8340SP-MS is available in an SOP-8 package, compliant with RoHS standards, with 100% lead-free lead frame.
