Overview
The TP181C series are high-precision, low-power, low-dropout, 3-terminal CMOS step-down voltage regulators. Maximum input voltage up to 18V with 300mA output current. The TP181C series features very low quiescent current (0.8μA Typ.), built-in control functions, current limiting circuit, foldback short-circuit protection, and enable-controlled automatic output capacitor discharge.
