TP1961-CR

TP1961/TP1962/TP1964 are a series of low-power, ultra-high-speed comparators with internal hysteresis. The TP1961/962/964 series is optimized for single +3-V or +5-V operation. The input common-mode range extends 300 mV beyond the supply rails, and the output is capable of sinking or sourcing 4 mA within 80 mV of GND and VCC. Propagation delay is 7 ns (50 mV overdrive), with a supply current of 1 mA per comparator. Internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching caused by internal input noise voltage, reducing current consumption. The push-pull output supports rail-to-rail output swing and interfaces with CMOS/TTL logic. Output switching frequency up to 50 MHz (typical), while limiting supply current surges and dynamic power dissipation during switching. The TP1961 single comparator features a shutdown function and comes in a space-saving miniature SOT23 package, suitable for space-constrained designs.
