Overview
The TP2530CADJD16 is a 3A low-dropout linear regulator designed for low-dropout and high-current applications. The device operates with dual power supplies: one provides the control input for the control circuit, while the other power input can be as low as 1.0V to supply current to the output. It features 3A output current, ultra-low dropout output voltage, and comprehensive protection functions. The output voltage can be as low as 0.8V. Additional features include soft-start, undervoltage protection, current limiting protection, power-on reset function, and over-temperature protection. The device is available in a DFN3×3-10L package.
