This is a series of LDO linear regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. A quiescent current of only 10µA makes them ideal for powering battery-operated always-on systems that require ultra-low idle power consumption for extended battery life. Shutdown mode can be enabled by selecting a variant with an EN pin and pulling it low. In this mode, the typical shutdown current is only 10nA. This series of linear regulators maintains stable operation with ceramic output capacitors across the full input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and output load current range of 0mA to 600mA.
