Overview
This product is a series of low-dropout voltage regulators featuring a wide input voltage range (1.2V to 5.5V), low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging. The 10µA quiescent current makes it ideal for battery-powered, always-on systems that require extremely low idle-state power consumption to extend operating life. By selecting a variant with an enable pin and pulling it low, the device enters shutdown mode, in which the typical shutdown current is as low as 10nA. This series of LDO regulators maintains stability across a wide input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V and the full output load current range (0mA to 600mA) using ceramic output capacitors.
