Overview

This is a dual SPDT low on-resistance analog switch capable of operating from a single supply voltage of 1.5V to 5.5V. The device features low on-resistance and excellent on-resistance matching, with break-before-make functionality to prevent signal distortion during channel switching. The device achieves true isolation — even when the voltage on the COMx pins exceeds VCC, only a minimal amount of current flows back to the supply.
