Overview
TPMIC5504 is a low-dropout regulator with an enable function, operating over an input voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V. The device is housed in a compact package and can deliver up to 300mA of output current. Its 15μA low quiescent current and 0.5μA shutdown current make it well suited for battery-powered applications requiring long operating life. Additional features include current limiting, overtemperature protection, and output discharge.
