TPS563201DDCT

TPS563201 and TPS563208 are easy-to-use 3A synchronous buck converters in a small-outline transistor (SOT)-23 package. Both devices are optimized to minimize the external components required for operation and to achieve low standby current. These SMPS devices employ D-CAP2 mode control to provide fast transient response and support low-ESR output capacitors such as high-polymer types as well as ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors, without requiring external compensation components. The TPS563201 can operate in pulse-skip mode to maintain high efficiency during light-load operation. Both the TPS563201 and TPS563208 are available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package, rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
