The TPS565208 is a simple, easy-to-use 5A synchronous buck converter in a SOT-23 package. The device is optimized to minimize external components required for operation and to achieve low standby current. This SMPS device employs D-CAP2™ mode control, which enables fast transient response without external compensation components. D-CAP2™ also supports the use of low ESR dedicated polymer capacitors and ceramic capacitors. The TPS565208 is available in a 6-pin 1.6mm×2.9mm SOT (DDC) package and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
