Overview
The TPS763XX series is a family of low-dropout (LDO) regulators featuring a wide input voltage range of 2.0V to 20V, low dropout voltage, low power consumption, and compact packaging, with an output voltage range of 1.8V to 5.0V. The TPS763XX series offers an ultra-low quiescent current of as low as 2.0µA and includes a CE enable control pin that allows the circuit to enter a sleep state. This makes it particularly well-suited for battery-powered applications and long standby-time systems, helping to reduce standby power consumption, effectively extending both standby duration and battery life.
