Overview
The TPS7B6701-Q1, TPS7B6733-Q1, and TPS7B6750-Q1 devices (TPS7B67xx-Q1) are low-dropout linear regulators designed for operation with input voltage V_IN up to 40V. These devices feature a quiescent current of only 15μA at light loads, significantly extending automotive battery life, and are capable of driving loads up to 450mA. The TPS7B67xx-Q1 family integrates short-circuit and overcurrent protection. A reset delay and power-good signal are asserted at power-up to indicate that the output voltage is stable and within the regulation range. An external capacitor sets this delay. The enable function uses an MCU I/O port to activate and deactivate the device. The device operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
