TPT1051HV-DF6R-S

TPT1051 is a CAN transceiver compliant with the ISO11898 high-speed controller area network physical layer standard. The device is designed for CAN FD networks at data rates up to 5 Mbps, offering enhanced timing margins and higher data rates in long-distance and high-load networks. The device features cross-wiring, overvoltage, and loss-of-ground protection from -70V to +70V, over-temperature shutdown, and a common-mode input voltage range of -30V to +30V. The TPT1051V includes an auxiliary supply input for I/O level shifting of input pin thresholds and RXD output levels. The device family supports a silent mode, also commonly referred to as listen-only mode. In addition, all devices incorporate numerous protection features to enhance the robustness of both the device and the network. The TPT1051 and TPT1051V are available in SOP8 and DFN3X3-8L packages, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃.
