TPT71044-SOAR

The TPT710xx is an isolated CAN transceiver compliant with the ISO 11898 high-speed CAN physical layer standard. The device is designed for CAN FD networks at data rates up to 5 Mbps, enhancing timing margins and enabling higher data rates in long-distance, heavily loaded networks. It features -42V to +42V cross-wire, overvoltage, and loss-of-ground protection, thermal shutdown, and a common-mode range of -30V to +30V. VCCA serves as the power supply input for the RXD and TXD I/O pins, supporting a wide range of 2.25V to 5.5V. A second supply VCCB on the CAN bus side supports a range of 4.5V to 5.5V. The device integrates a high-performance digital isolator with an isolation rating of 5000 VRMS (WSOP8, WSOP16 packages) and 3750 VRMS (SMP8 package), compliant with UL 1577. The device family is also certified to VDE, UL, CSA, and CQC standards. The TPT710xx series is available in WSOP8, WSOP16, and SMP8 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
