Overview

The TSV772x series single and dual-channel amplifiers achieve a maximum ratio of gain bandwidth (GBW) to supply current, making them ideal for battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, and white goods. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing, 20 MHz wide bandwidth, low supply current (typical 1.12 mA per amplifier at 5 V supply), and low noise, this amplifier series is an ideal choice for precision, low-current, low-voltage, battery-powered applications. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megaohm-level source impedance. The robust design of the TSV772x amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (3 kV HBM). The TSV772x amplifiers are optimized to operate from as low as +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to as high as +5.5 V (±2.75 V) over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, and from +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The TSV7721 (single-channel) is available in a SOT-23-5 package. The TSV7722 (dual-channel) is offered in SOP-8, DFN-8, and MSOP-8 packages.
