Overview
The U1001A is a single-channel MOSFET and IGBT driver with an independent low-side referenced output channel. It employs proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-immune CMOS technology to achieve a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, supporting logic levels as low as 3.3V. Integrated internally are input logic signal processing, fast shutdown handling, and high-current output drive circuits. The device can drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs operating at voltages up to 30V.
