Overview
U2103S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Using a high- and low-voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip, with logic input levels compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic outputs as low as 3.3V. The floating channel can be used to drive high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum bootstrap voltage rating of 700V. Offered in an SOP-8 package, it operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
