Overview
A low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT in-phase gate driver. Proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology enables a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VCC range, UVLO with hysteresis, and output current buffer stage. Operational over a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
