Overview
Power switch driver for charging and discharging the gate of power switches, with matched rise and fall times. Highly latch-resistant under any conditions within rated power and voltage range. Capable of withstanding noise spikes up to 5V (either polarity) on the ground pin without damage. Accepts up to 500mA of reverse current forced back into its output without damage or logic upset. Comprehensive ESD protection on all terminals, up to 2.0kV. SOIC8 package, operating temperature range -40℃ ~ 125℃.
