Overview
The UMW UCC27524DR is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It features matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gates of power switches. Additionally, the device offers high latch-up immunity under all conditions within its rated power and voltage range. The device is not damaged when noise spikes of up to 5V (either polarity) appear on the ground pin. It can withstand reverse currents of up to 500mA without damage or logic upset. All terminals are fully protected against ESD up to 2.0 kV.
