Overview
WS3081 is a 3.3V/5V, half-duplex, ±15kV ESD-protected RS-485/RS-422 transceiver IC, integrating one driver and one receiver, supporting error-free data transmission up to 16Mbps. The receiver input impedance is 1/8 unit load with operating current as low as 150uA, allowing up to 256 transceivers on the bus for half-duplex communication. All driver outputs feature ±15kV human body model ESD protection. Available in 8-pin SO package, operating over a -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
