The XC6219xx series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO regulators fabricated using CMOS process technology. These regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. This series is compatible with ceramic capacitors smaller than tantalum capacitors and eliminates the need for a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, helping to save board space and reduce cost. With high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response, the series effectively handles load current fluctuations, making it particularly suitable for handheld devices and RF products. Output can be disabled via the CE pin on the chip; the typical quiescent current in shutdown mode is only 0.1μA, significantly reducing power consumption.
