The XC6220xx series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators fabricated using a CMOS process. This series integrates a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection ratio, low output noise, and fast transient response. The series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and does not require a 0.1μF bypass capacitor, helping to save board space and reduce cost. The high-accuracy output stability and fast transient response capability effectively handle load current fluctuations, making the series particularly suitable for portable devices and RF products. The output can be disabled via the CE pin, with a typical standby current of only 0.1μA in the shutdown state, significantly reducing power consumption.
