Overview
The XC6219 series are high-precision, low-noise CMOS LDO voltage regulators. This series offers low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout voltage, and extremely fast startup time, making it ideal for today's cutting-edge mobile phone applications. Internally integrated are a reference voltage source, error amplifier, driver transistor, current limiter, and phase compensator. The output voltage is set by current trimming and can be selected from 1.2V to 5.0V in 100mV steps. The series is also fully compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, helping to reduce costs and improve output stability. With excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a wide frequency range, high output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations. The CE function allows the regulator output to be disabled, significantly reducing power consumption.
