The XC6220xx series are high-accuracy, low-noise, fast-response LDO regulators fabricated using a CMOS process. These regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance. The series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller than tantalum capacitors, and requires no 0.1μF bypass capacitor, further saving board space and reducing cost. With high-accuracy output regulation and fast transient response to load current fluctuations, these devices are particularly well-suited for handheld and RF applications. Output can be disabled via the CE pin, with a typical quiescent current of only 0.1μA in shutdown mode, significantly reducing power consumption.
