Overview
XJNG0461 is a three-phase high-speed power MOSFET driver featuring 6 channels with a maximum operating voltage of 40V. The high-low voltage compatible process enables monolithic integration of both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits. Each phase provides dedicated high-side and low-side input signals along with two output signals. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, with logic input levels as low as 3.3V. The XJNG0461 delivers a 10V gate-source voltage for both PMOS and NMOS outputs, with built-in dead-time control to prevent shoot-through between the high-side and low-side PMOS and NMOS of the same phase. To simplify PCB design, the XJNG0461 integrates an onboard 5V/40mA LDO.
