Overview
XJNG2153D is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET self-oscillating half-bridge driver IC. Its floating channel supports driving both high-side and low-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 600V. An integrated 1.1μs dead-time circuit effectively prevents shoot-through of the high-side and low-side power transistors. An integrated bootstrap circuit simplifies the peripheral circuitry. Available in SOP8 package, operating over a temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C.
