Overview
XJNG2302 is a three-phase gate driver IC designed to drive high-side and low-side power MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. Its proprietary high-voltage IC and latch-up immune CMOS technology enable a robust monolithic structure. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, down to 3.3V logic levels. The output drivers feature high-pulse-current buffer stages designed to minimize driver shoot-through. Floating channels are available for driving N-channel power MOSFETs in high-side configurations, with operating voltages up to 200V.
