Overview
XLMV331/393 is a general-purpose low-voltage comparator. The device features open-drain output, achieving an ideal combination of high speed (100 ns propagation delay) and ultra-low power consumption (37 μA), along with rail-to-rail input, low offset voltage (typical 1 mV), high output drive current, and a wide supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The device is highly adaptable for applications requiring fast response time, power sensitivity, low voltage, and/or compact board space. Additional advantages of the XLMV331/393 include noise immunity provided by internal hysteresis, preventing output oscillation even with slowly changing input signals. Designed with the most advanced technology, the XLMV331/393 delivers superior performance over BiCMOS or bipolar versions on the market. The XLMV331 (single) is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, while the XLMV393 (dual) comes in an SOP-8 package.
