Overview
XTM4118 is a fully integrated motor driver solution for consumer products, toys, and other low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The device drives one DC brushed motor with integrated power PMOS and NMOS, supporting four operating modes: forward, reverse, stop, and brake. It operates up to 7.2V with a continuous output current of 1.2A and a peak current of 2.0A. Protection features include over-temperature protection and under-voltage lockout (UVLO). The device features a PWM input interface and is compatible with industry-standard devices.
