Overview
XTM4119 is a fully integrated motor driver solution for consumer products and other mid-to-low voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. This device drives a single brushed DC motor with integrated forward/reverse/stop/brake functions. XTM4119 supports a maximum operating voltage of 18V, continuous current of 0.5A, and peak current of 0.8A. It also integrates protection features including over-temperature protection and undervoltage lockout.
