Overview
YC6288Q is a high-reliability half-bridge gate driver with a floating high-side driver capable of operating at voltages up to 200V. HO is in phase with input HI, and LO is in phase with input LI. Built-in input filtering prevents input noise interference. VDD and HB feature undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection circuits that continuously monitor the supply voltage until sufficient voltage is available to turn on the external MOSFETs. In addition, the device incorporates shoot-through prevention: when both inputs are simultaneously high, the outputs are disabled to prevent shoot-through of the power transistors, effectively protecting the downstream power devices. Leveraging robust and reliable level-shifting technology, the device combines high switching speed with low power consumption. With integrated VDD and HB UVLO and shoot-through prevention, it offers excellent flexibility and reliability for system design.
