The ZH62x2 series (including ZH6222, ZH6232, and ZH6242) is a wide operating voltage, high current, highly integrated H-bridge driver IC. It integrates two half-bridges, IN1 and IN2 input interfaces, commutation logic, and comprehensive protection features including current limiting, short circuit, over-temperature, under-voltage, and over-voltage protection. With a minimal external circuit, it is suitable for driving various brushed motors or solenoids, and comes in an ESOP8 package with a thermal pad. The series offers a Classic version (ZH62x2C) and an Intelligent version (ZH62x2I). The Intelligent version outputs a FLT alarm signal under short circuit, over-temperature, and other fault conditions. Its unique stall protection design triggers an alarm when the motor encounters an obstruction. If the motor is disconnected or there is faulty wiring or poor soldering, the IC's intelligent open-circuit protection logic can also detect such anomalies.
