ZH6358 is a highly integrated three-phase field-oriented control pre-driver IC operating at 7V–32V with a maximum voltage rating of 40V. The chip integrates a field-oriented control algorithm, DC-DC converter power supply, drive circuits for both upper-arm PMOS and lower-arm NMOS transistors, and a sensing signal processing circuit. Speed is controlled via the speed pin, speed feedback is provided through the frequency generator pin, and direction is set via the direction pin. It also provides overcurrent, short-circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature, and locked-rotor protection, as well as current limiting. The external circuit design is compact, making it suitable for integrated control and drive of three-phase PMSM motors in fans and water pumps. Package: ETSSOP24 with exposed thermal pad.
