Overview
The 662K is a high-accuracy, low-power, three-terminal positive voltage regulator fabricated using CMOS and laser trimming technology. This series delivers high output current with very low dropout voltage. The 662K integrates a current limiter circuit, driver transistor, precision voltage reference, and error correction circuit. It is compatible with low-ESR ceramic capacitors. The foldback circuit of the current limiter serves both as short-circuit protection and as an output current limiter on the output pin. The output voltage is set via internal laser trimming and can be selected from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments. The 662K is available in a SOT-23 package.
