Overview
The 74AUP1G07 is a single non-inverting buffer with open-drain output. The open-drain output can be connected to other open-drain outputs to realize a negative-logic wired-OR or positive-logic wired-AND function. The device ensures extremely low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire VCC operating range (0.8V ~ 3.6V). The IOFF circuitry makes the device suitable for applications requiring partial power-down. The IOFF circuitry disables the output to prevent damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
