74HC245D

The 74HC245 and 74HCT245 are 8-bit transceivers with 3-state outputs. The devices feature an output enable (OE) and a transmit/receive (DIR) input for direction control. When OE is HIGH, the outputs are in a high-impedance off-state. Inputs include clamping diodes, which allow inputs to be connected to voltages exceeding VCC using current-limiting resistors.
