Overview

The 74HC/HCT541 is an 8-bit non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs. The device features two output enable controls (OE1 and OE2). A HIGH on either OEn (active LOW) forces the outputs into the high-impedance state. Input clamping diodes are included, enabling the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages exceeding VCC.
