Overview
The 74HC541 is an octal buffer and bus line driver with 3-state outputs. The 3-state outputs are controlled by enable inputs OE1 and OE2. When both OE1 and OE2 are low, each output level is determined by its corresponding input level. When either OE1 or OE2 is high, all outputs are in the high-impedance state.
