Overview
This dual buffer and driver is designed for VCC operating voltages from 1.65V to 5.5V. The 74LVC2G07 device features open-drain outputs that can be connected with other open-drain outputs to achieve active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions. Maximum sink current is 32mA. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
