Overview

The 74LVC2G34 is a dual buffer gate designed for 1.65V to 5.5V Vcc operation. The device performs the Boolean function Y = A in positive logic. The device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using I_off. The I_off circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down.
