AD620BRZ-RL-JSM

The AD620BRZ is a low-cost, high-precision instrumentation amplifier that requires only a single external resistor to set gains from 1 to 10000. Available in an SOP-8 package with low quiescent current (only 1.3mA), it is ideal for battery-powered portable devices. The AD620BRZ is a high-precision instrumentation amplifier featuring nonlinearity as low as 0.8ppm and a maximum input offset voltage of 20μV. It is well-suited for high-precision data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and sensor interfaces. In addition, its low noise, low input bias current, and low power consumption make it an excellent choice for medical applications such as ECG and blood pressure monitors. With a low voltage noise of 17nV/√Hz at 1kHz, 1.8μVₚ₋ₚ from 0.1Hz to 10Hz, and a current noise of 0.45pA/√Hz, the AD620BRZ is ideal for preamplifier applications.
