ADS125H02 is a ±20V input, 24-bit, Δ-Σ ADC. The ADC features a low-noise programmable gain amplifier (PGA), internal voltage reference, clock oscillator, and signal or reference overvoltage monitor. Compared to discrete solutions, this device integrates a wide input voltage range, ±18V PGA, and ADC into a single package, reducing board area by up to 50%. With programmable gain from 0.125 to 128 (equivalent input range of ±20V to ±20mV), no external attenuators or gain stages are required. A minimum input impedance of 1GΩ reduces errors caused by sensor loading. In addition, low noise and low drift performance enable direct connection to bridge, RTD, and thermocouple sensors. The digital filter attenuates 50Hz and 60Hz line cycle noise at data rates ≤50SPS or 60SPS to reduce measurement errors. The filter also provides settling-free conversion data, enabling high data throughput during channel sequencing. The ADS125H02 is available in a 5mm×5mm VQFN package, rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
