ADS7142IRUGR

The ADS7142 can autonomously monitor signals during the optimization of system power consumption, reliability, and performance. It can implement event-triggered interrupts on a per-channel basis using a digital window comparator with programmable high and low thresholds, hysteresis, and an event counter. The device includes a dual-channel analog multiplexer in front of a successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter (SAR ADC), followed by an internal data buffer for converting and capturing sensor data. The ADS7142 comes in a 10-pin QFN package and consumes only 900 nW of power. With its small size and low power consumption, this device is well-suited for space-constrained and/or battery-powered applications.
