Overview
The BD4xxM2-C series are low quiescent current regulators featuring a 45V maximum voltage rating, ±2% output voltage accuracy (3.3V or 5.0V, typical), 200mA output current, and 40μA (typical) current consumption. These regulators are therefore well-suited for applications requiring direct battery connection with low current consumption. The CTL pin enables the device when logic "HIGH" and disables it when logic "LOW". Ceramic capacitors can be used for output capacitor phase compensation. In addition, these ICs feature overcurrent protection to prevent device damage due to short circuits, and integrated thermal shutdown protection to prevent overheating under overload conditions.
