BRCL3130MC

BRCL3130MC is a highly integrated protection solution for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable battery packs. It integrates advanced power MOSFETs, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, and delay circuits. The ultra-small SOT23-3 package makes BRCL3130MC ideal for rechargeable battery pack applications with extremely tight space constraints. BRCL3130MC provides all necessary battery protection functions — including overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection — while maintaining very low operating power consumption. The device is designed not only for mobile phones, but also for all information products requiring long-term power supply from lithium-ion or lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries. The BRCL3130MC series product is a high integration solution for lithium-lion/polymer battery protection. BRCL3130MC contains advanced power MOSFET, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits and delay circuits. BRCL3130MC is put into an ultra-small SOT23-3 package and only one external component makes it an ideal solution in limited space of battery pack. BRCL3130MC has all the protection functions required in the battery application including overcharging, overdischarging, overcurrent and load short circuiting protection etc. The accurate overcharging detection voltage ensures safe and full utilization charging. The low standby current drains little current from the cell while in storage. The device is not only targeted for digital cellular phones, but also for any other Li-lon and Li-Poly battery-powered information appliances requiring long-term battery life.
